This was the most ridiculous little book! It was free on Kindle, so the only thing I wasted was my time and the energy it took me to roll my eyeballs. The five "secrets" are the most general, most obvious things you could think of. If you know you should eat more veggies and less sugar, get more rest, exercise, and maintain a healthy weight, then you could probably have written this book yourself. Folks always say, there is nothing new under the sun and that is so true for this book. While there are great lists, background information without statistical facts and interesting information for someone new to changing their lifestyles will find this very valuable. What do you know about: Limiting your sugar intake; eating 5 servings of veggies a day; move it or lose it – the exercise debate; to sleep or not; are you controlling your stress; and do you overeat or should you eat more veggies [...]
seemed more like a "part of a book" than a book itself. Glad it was free for my kindle I would have been ticked if there was money involved. Very basic five tips left me thinking "I could have written that". Worth a read if you've got half an hour and don't mind being told something you already know.
Short - common sense 'secrets'.
This was free on the Kindle. Very short, common sense advice. I like her blog.
Good introduction to her work - some of her tips were consistent with other things I have read, but I was also intrigued by some challenges she had for some current eating tips of other sources!
Basic. Quick read. Good reminders.
